    This is a key position where you will help provide leadership, be the day-to-day project lead and be 'go to' person for both the client and your colleagues. You'll get to work with a wide range of clients on diverse of schemes that affect all types of built development managing all aspects of a job.

    You'll be joining a well-established team. We are a collaborative team who are committed to provide outstanding advice and outcomes for our clients. This new role is a result of an ever-growing list of major instructions new clients in the Leeds office serving clients across the UK.

    Who we're looking for

    You'll have a relevant degree (or equivalent) and be MRTPI qualified. You'll be an experienced project manager with strong multi discipline team leadership qualities. Experience of energy and infrastructure EIA planning applications would be helpful. Equally sound Planning skills and a keenness to work within the energy and development sectors is of interest to us.

    You'll be used to a client-facing role and have an established market reputation and a track record of strong client relationships. Good financial and project management skills are a must, as are great influencing and communication skills. Being able to build and maintain working relationships with colleagues, clients and external bodies is expected.
