- Assisting Solicitors and other Fee-Earners in the day to day running of files
- Drafting and preparing claim forms and witness statements for the County Court
- Preparing trial bundles
- Liaising with Court prior to trials to ensure paperwork is sent and received
- Attending Court to assist Barristers and other Fee-Earners
- Occasionally undertaking site visits
- Have a minimum of 2:1 in your LLB or equivalent (GDL)
- Ideally, have your LPC (or be studying the LPC)
- Have previous Paralegal experience within Housing or Property Litigation
- Be experienced in dealing with Registered Providers and/or Private Landlords
- Be competent in all Microsoft applications
- Have experience with drafting and conducting legal research

My client, a top UK law firm, is actively recruiting for an experienced Property Litigation Paralegal to join them in their London office on a permanent basis – working as their new Housing Management & Property Litigation Paralegal.
Working within one of the largest Housing Management & Property Litigation teams in the UK – consisting of 51 Fee-Earners, your role will be focused on providing assistance and advice to Registered Providers and Private Landlords on a broad range of matters.
