Your responsibility as PA to our CEO & Co-President of Mercury Studios is to ensure all aspects of their work life run smoothly - enabling them to be as effective as possible.


You will be their right-hand support in everything from juggling a busy calendar to ensuring meetings are efficient and productive.

You'll be their eyes, ears and face to the outside world and across the company - representing them in all you do.

You'll be one step ahead, ensuring the work they need is delivered on time, the right people are in the know and they have everything they need often before they have to ask.

An important aspect of this role is knowing how to prioritise your boss's time - you'll need to make decisions about how they spend their time and who they spend it with - to best achieve their business objectives.

You'll get support with this, but you'll need to be confident in making decisions and prioritising - letting down gently those who cannot be accommodated in a busy diary.


You'll be there to create strong presentations for the CEO & Co-President and take on your own projects as and when capacity allows.

In short, you are the person who enables them to do their job, and in so doing have the inside track on everything it takes to effectively run this thriving company which is both UK and USA based.


Working closely with the General Manager, you will be involved in ensuring the office runs smoothly - from ensuring we're using the right systems, to helping to organise team building and social events to keep team morale high.


Working closely with IT, The People Team, Artist Relations and other central functions, you will be the expert in finding the most efficient solutions to challenges that arise.


The B Side:
Skills & Experience


Be organisedScreening, organising and actioning incoming communications to the CEO & Co-President.- Managing all aspects of the diary and work schedule.- Managing the CEO & Co-President's work administration, including expenses, travel, itineraries, etc.- Arranging, preparing and supporting meetings on behalf of the CEO & Co-President.- Responsible for organising personal arrangements for the CEO & Co-President as requested.- All other reasonable duties as requested by the CEO & Co-President.- Be key member of core team that ensures all aspects of the smooth running of the office- Pro-actively collating information from individuals and teams and collating into reports and presentations for the CEO& Co-President.

Be administrative- Processing invoices on behalf the CEO & Co-President.- Disseminating communications to the business as quickly as possible.


Be collaborative- Liaising with people at all levels across the business and externally including other Exec Members, Directors, Artists & Artist Management.- Researching and organising various team facing tasks including group activities and social events.

- Help to oversee work experience and allocate tasks within the team

Person Specification- Solid previous experience of working as a PA / EA at a senior level- Confident self-starter, able to work proactively, use initiative, think ahead and multi-task in a fastmoving environment- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, with the ability to converse at all levels of the organisation including senior management- Confidence in decision making and prioritisation of tasks- Exceptional organisational & time-management skills- A problem-solving approach to work with a 'can-do' attitude- Proactive approach, pre-empting problems before they occur- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately- Extensive experience of working in a pressured environment- Strong Project Management skills- Sensitive and diplomatic management of multiple levels of employees with a high level of confidentiality- Flexibility and adaptability to change
