Facilities Co-ordinator Job Description: Are you looking for a temporary opportunity to showcase your skills in facilities coordination? Look no further than this exciting role with Mitie Group Ltd at 2 Wellington Place in Leeds, West Yorkshire, North England. As a Facilities Co-ordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the facility during the specified timeframe from 12th March 2024 to 8th April 2024.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a variety of tasks to maintain the facility's functionality and efficiency.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinating maintenance and repairs for equipment, systems, and infrastructure within the facility
  • Managing vendor relationships and ensuring timely and cost-effective service delivery
  • Monitoring and maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment
  • Responding to facility-related issues and emergencies in a timely manner
  • Collaborating with various teams to support facility operations
  • Assisting with relocation and space planning projects as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and qualifications: - Previous experience in facilities management or a related field - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices

Working Hours and Compensation:

Your shift will start at 9:00 AM and end at 6:00 PM, providing you with a full day to make a significant impact in the role.

You will be compensated at a rate of £12.00 per hour for your hard work and dedication.
