Interim Snr Talent Acquisition Partner, Competitive Day Rate, up to 3 days per week in London on client site

We are looking for senior interim Talent Partners to support a multinational business on an initial 6-month project focusing on senior hiring.

We are looking for Talent Acquisition professionals who love delivery, particularly mapping and engaging senior talent.

Our client is looking to us to support them with hiring diverse talent across a range of skill sets including technology, engineering, product, sales, marketing, and operations.

We will also identify talent across various sectors including technology, retail, energy, financial services, and other sectors.


Whilst we want seasoned TA professionals who are comfortable working with the latest sourcing technologies, we need team players who, despite working as interims, are willing and able to support the wider teams focused on sourcing and scheduling.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Take hands on ownership for a number of senior requisitions
  • Source & engage exceptional diverse talent across the UK
  • Map & research talent in key competitors and target diverse talent using innovative tools and platforms
  • Potential to support with US based requisitions on an adhoc basis
  • Amazing team player
  • Demonstrate proactivity to ensure we continuously exceed our client's expectations

What we are looking for:


  • Demonstrable record of accomplishment of working on senior hiring in an inhouse or executive research capacity
  • Previous experience of success in a large corporate / matrix environment
  • Exceptional influencing skills
  • Delivery focused on research, mapping, and sourcing and familiar with the latest innovations and sourcing
  • Pedantic about ensuring compliance with systems, process and local legislation ensuring all elements of the hiring process are managed in a compliant fashion
  • Passionate about DE&I, familiar with techniques and tools to increase the diversity of each shortlist for our client
  • Flexibility for limited travel to Aston Holmes office and our client's sites (3 days per week)
