    Role

    As part of the Business Systems team, the Application Developer will be responsible for producing technical specifications, designs, the development and configuration of software, and application support.

    This will be across their DynamicsNAV ERP solution, which is a key tool across the business and is heavily used within their sales, finance, marketing, manufacturing, lab, and supply chain functions.

    The Application Developer will also be heavily involved in a number of exciting projects that are already on the runway for 2024.

    This a fully onsite role in their Sandford offices, and you will also be required to form part of their support rota.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide day-to-day DynamicsNAV support queries from the business
    • Assist in business-critical IT projects, including requirements gathering, testing, documentation, and training
    • Create and action test scripts
    • Proactively resolve issues with long term fixes
    • Administer and action the call recording system
    Your Profile

    • Experience providing system development, customization and administration across DynamicsNAV or a similar ERP solution
    • Good understanding of SQL
    • Knowledge of reporting technologies like SSRS, Power BI, or Jet Reports
    • Understanding of .Net or C/AL programming
    • Confident communicator who can build rapport with end users
    • A proactive problem solver who is passionate about learning
    • Able to work onsite in their Sandford offices and join an out-of-hours rota
