Description
A Liverpool secondary school are currently looking for a full time caretaker on an ongoing basis.


The hours will be Monday 11:00am - 7pm (to close) and then (opening up) 8am - 4pm Tuesday - Friday.


You will be responsible as the main Key Holder, closing the school on a Monday and opening the school Tuesday - Friday.

You will be required to support the cleaners in their duties and then completing general maintenance around the school and grounds asrequired.


What you'll need to succeed;
-
Prior school and key holding and caretaker experience is essential:

  • You will be reliable and punctual as the responsibility for opening the school on time will rest with you
  • You will be comfortable taking on general maintenance and cleaning roles throughout the day
  • You will also be responsible for meeting deliveries and signing for goods on arrival at the school site, then the distribution

The essentials:


  • Enhanced Child workforce DBS on the update service or be prepared to undertake a new one
  • Full and complete 10year career history
  • Minimum of 2 references including your most recent employment reference
  • Legal right to work in the UK
