    Description

    Role: Program Leader / Customer Account Manager

    Site Location: Cheltenham

    Rate: £70 per hour Via Umbrella (Inside IR35) - Permanent available

    Duration: 6 Month contract

    Position Summary

    Key Responsibilities

    • All contract performance related activities, tied to customer(s) or program(s).
    • Perform as interface between the customer and the internal business team, managing the transfer of information and requests. Assure timely resolution of issues, keep the customer advised of the progress of the program, and negotiate changes, variations, solutions to issues.
    • Responsible for adherence to contract service, operations, and performance specifications, as well as financial & technical metrics specific to contract. May also support proposal and negotiations. Manages Order Book using GE and customer systems
    • Coordination of delivery to customers requirements Order Book Management Collection and preparation of Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost metrics

    Qualifications / Requirements

    • This role requires advanced experience in the Services & Customer Contract Management

    A job at this level requires strong interpersonal skills. May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements. Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
