Description
We are currently working with an established Facilities Management Service Provider looking to appoint a Technical Service Desk Manager to lead their team out of the midlands (B46).
This is a very exciting opportunity to work for a National Facilities Managementorganisation who pride themselves on developing team members and put their people first.
The main functions of the role will be to:- To provide contract management for selected local clients where EFM provide M&E Maintenance services.
- Provide leadership in delivering customer service and to troubleshoot and improve the qualityofservice delivery.
- Liaise with the facilities management team, tenants, property Managers, subcontractors to ensure prompt resolution of reported issues at sites.
- Communicating the process and progress efficient to build confidence and deliver great customer experience.
- Developing/refining the procedures allowing for continuous improvement.
- Validate technical reports from 3rd party providers and provide advice to the team. Continuous improvement in the use of simPRO, Quooda, Xero through to Power BI.
