    our client is a reputable construction and development company specializing in existing buildings and high-rise buildings (HRBs).

    With a focus on facades, external wall insulation (EWI), structural alterations, and general complex planned works, they pride ourselves on delivering exceptional results in both modern and heritage settings.

    Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, within budget, and on schedule.
    Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
    Work in conservation and heritage areas, adhering to preservation guidelines and regulations.
    Effectively communicate project objectives, requirements, and progress to stakeholders.
    Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
    Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to ensure financial targets are met.
    Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
    Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

    Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience in a Project Manager role within the construction industry, preferably with a focus on existing buildings and high-rise buildings.

    Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
