    Growth Marketer / Marketing Manager

    This key focus will be B2C Marketing. The company offer an exciting subscription-based platform that helps property investors make great investment decisions.

    The successful candidate will be a commercially savvy and technically minded digital marketer who can hit the ground running.


    You will be a big fish in a small pond with the ability to add significant value with the potential for endless career growth.

    As Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire customer journey- from awareness through to retention.

    You will take the lead on the marketing strategy using data driven decisions and creative content to develop and execute strategies, attracting new subscribers and keeping them engaged, and retaining them long term.


    You will employ the full marketing mix to drive awareness, acquisition and retention across a number of channels in order to aid expansion across the UK and US markets.


    • Employ SEO analysis and strategies to enhance visibility of the platform.
    • Plan and create strategic content focused on spreading awareness of the platform, as well as nurturing a community of existing users.
    • Analyse datapoints throughout the customer journey including post-purchase, to improve CRO performance and retention.
    • Create email campaigns designed to nurture a community of users with valuable content.
    • Work closely with affiliates to understand their needs, provide them with assets, and execute initiatives in order to drive affiliate performance.
    • Min 5 years' experience within digital marketing is required. Ideally you will have hands on digital marketing experience in a subscription business model environment or similar industry sector.
    • Experience in digital marketing in the Property sector or a Start-Up business are also desirable.
    • You will have a natural interest in using data to understand and improve prospect and customer experience in a digital environment.
    • Solid hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns, with a keen understanding of the metrics that drive profitability is essential.
    • Experience in driving website performance including SEO and a strong understanding of CRO principles is required.
    • Experience in creating and monitoring captivating content and email campaigns with excellent verbal and written communication.
