- Has art working skills for asset resizing and application
- It is essential - a good understanding of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Proficient in photoshop with experience of retouching assets
- Understands the role is not creative, it is working with existing assets
- Is interested in growing with the company and learning from ther established art working team
- Is methodical in their work and approach, this is a detail oriented role so someone who takes pride in being accurate will thrive
- Organise, manage and correctly name files and folders
- Advantageous to have an understanding of pre-press and printing processes
- A strong portfolio, ideally within the retail design sector
- The ideal candidate will have knowledge of retail furniture and travel retail design

Experienced Junior Artworker
Flexi-working: 3 days a week on-site
Salary: around £26K/£28K
We are working with a very established independent creative agency based in central london.
They are looking for an Artworker, ideally with experience in retail projects to join the team.
They work on very exciting projects with great clients. The role itself won't be creative, but will be varied and offer great career development opportunities
The Role:
You will be working on a diverse range of design briefs and will be:
Taking pre-existing creative designs through to final artwork and print
Re-sizing and reconfiguring of existing assets/visuals
Producing high-quality artwork consistent with the brand guidelines
Working with the project managers, 3D design team, concept team and fellow
graphic design/artworkers to ensure briefs are met
