  • The role of Bar Manager:

  • Managing the day-to-day operation of the restaurant bar operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness.
  • Maintain high standards for drink preparation, presentation, and overall bar aesthetics in line with company standards.
  • Develop and curate an innovative and diverse beverage menu in collaboration with the management team.
  • Ensure exceptional guest service, addressing any queries and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Train, develop and supervise bar team members, fostering a positive and cohesive team environment.
  • Implement and enforce health and safety protocols, maintaining a clean and safe environment for both staff and patrons.
  • An integral part of the wider management team, able to support with recruitment, induction and appraisals of new employees.
  • What we're looking for in a Bar Manager:

  • Experience working in a senior bar management role within a similar quality restaurant environment.
  • An excellent understanding of and a passion for European wine and classic cocktails.
  • A keen eye for detail,able to uphold the restaurant's high standards for drink presentation, service, and overall guest experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities and able to communicate effectively with all departments in the spirit of the company values.
  • Cultivates genuine connections with both guests and team members
  • An excellent product knowledge, and the desire to exceed our guests' expectations.
  • A strong financial acumen, with a focus on cost control and payroll management.
  • Competent in both Health & Food Safety laws.
  • Has the right to work in the UK.
  • Expected earnings from £20.64 per hour
