About the role...


We are looking for a focused and motivated individual to join our Health & Local Crisis Response Team as a
Health
Administration Officer.

This role is ideal for someone who has excellent interpersonal and communication skills and has experience of delivering high quality customer services to the public.


You will be responsible for liaising with area management to manage all admin systems and processes required for the Health, Local Crisis Response & Emergency Response services.

Knowledge and use of data systems (e.g., BRM) will be required to evaluate and analyse the outcomes of the services, and this will be the responsibility of the Health Administration Officer.


As a Health Administration Officer you will coordinate and supervise a team of Admin Assistants and Volunteers to provide an effective and reliable admin service.

The support includes helping staff and volunteers to meet deadlines, manage processes, arrange diaries, and deliver reports and budgets. It will include oversight of all internal and external communications for the area.


About the team...


The Health and Local Crisis Response Team supports people in the space between hospital and home and responds to the needs of people in crisis following an emergency, maintaining an extensive network of external relationships across health, social care, and emergency services.


About you...
To be successful in this position you must have following skills and experience:

  • Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
  • Ability to communicate with a wide range of professional staff.
  • Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent by experience).
  • IT literate.
  • Experience of delivering high quality services to service delivery teams.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours when required.

The closing date for the role is 23.59 hours on Thursday 27th
April 2023 with interviews expected shortly afterwards.
