    Description

    As the Head of Supply Chain Management, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our agile purchasing and supplier management department.

    You will be responsible for ensuring timely and cost-effective supply of parts for our programmes, managing technical components and their associated supply chains, and identifying and mitigating risks to ensure continuous supply.

    Lead ongoing workplan for Supplier Management, Purchasing, and Buying activities.

    • Build and continually improve relationships with supply chain partners and customers.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to streamline purchasing, distribution, and logistics processes.
    • Support programmes through to completion, ensuring ontime delivery and overall project ownership.
    • Develop timelines, track progress, and communicate critical project achievements or risks.
    • Own supply base commercials, manage contracts, and support delivery requirements.

    • Project Management: Proven experience in initiating, planning, executing, and closing projects.
    • Supply Chain Knowledge: Proficiency in system and data management, ERP, MRP systems, and supply chain operations.

    Project Management:
    Experience in commercial agreement management, collaborative approvals, and supplier quality assessment.

    • Proposal Cost Analysis: Ability to conduct dataled trend assessments to support proposal development.

    Skills in commercial risk alignment, contract negotiation, and budget control.

    Coordination: Expertise in channel coordination and KPI monitoring to improve supply chain performance.
