Description
We are proud to be working with a new financial services client, who are looking to recruit passionate Inbound Customer Service Agents.
You must be able to demonstrate resilience, integrity, excellence in execution and confidence while speaking to customersabout a variety of queries.
As an Inbound Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective service, delivering first time contact resolution in a timely and accurate manner achieving a high level of service to members.
To be considered for this Inbound Customer Service Agent role, you must have experience working in a customer focused environment.
Must Haves:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Educated to minimum of grade C in Maths and English
Salary:
£18,500 - £22,000 (based on experience)
Intake Date: 6th March
**Contract Type: Full Time / Permanent / Monday to Friday
