About the Role

In the role of Care/Support Assistant, you will be instrumental in enhancing the well-being and independence of older adults through personalised care.

This part-time position is ideal for those looking for various hours and working schedules, allowing you to have a fantastic career supporting people to continue living at home while fitting work around your lifestyle and commitments.

Key Responsibilities

Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations with your clients.
Assist with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and running errands.
Deliver personal care with the highest respect and dignity.
Encourage and support physical activities and exercises.
Provide reminders and assistance with medications, ensuring safety and wellbeing.
Accompany clients to appointments and social events, offering transportation when necessary.
