Outbound Service Administrator

Rochdale

Monday - Friday

Salary £22,500


We have partnered with a market leading business who are looking for detail orientated, and service driven administrator to join their Rochdale operation.

You will be liaising with customers, responding to enquiries, and updates on collection or deliveryfor their exported shipments.


Key Duties:


  • Administration of export and UK shipments and arrival times
  • Managing a portfolio of customers
  • To proactively inform the customer of any issues or deviations to the plan and provide an alternative course of action.
  • To respond promptly and accurately to customer enquiries
  • To record accurately all actions taken so that they can be reviewed and analysed.
  • Error report management and customer KPI report production utilising the Active Report system and Hyperion.
  • To analyse data from IT systems to understand the customer situation.
  • To handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner, remaining selfcontrolled and professional.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to ensure that the agreed service levels are met.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate verbally and in writing
  • Ability to talk in a way the customer understands
  • Excellent problem solving and analysis skills
  • Understanding of the logistics sector
  • Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
  • A high customer service orientation with a passion for delivering quality
  • Highly adaptable
  • Ability to deal with customer problems efficiently and professionally
