A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a confident Receptionist to run our Head Office reception desk here at Restore Digital
Your role will involve running the Head Office reception desk, as well as ensuring that a high level of customer service is always delivered and maintained, regardless of who is in the reception area.
Answer and transfer various phone calls via the main switchboard; carry out administrative tasks as well as co-coordinating a number of Ad-hoc services from the reception desk such as facilitating any additional needs such as booking travel and accommodation for staff.
As our receptionist, you will need to provide a professional and helpful service to all visitors, customers and suppliers and assist all staff to ensure adherence to company processes and procedures.
You will be working and assisting with the Human Resources Team in supporting the various functions across the business by providing administrative assistance to them as and when required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will be the first point of contact for all visitors and contractors, providing advice and assistance and directing them appropriately within the facility
- To answer incoming telephone calls with the standard company response and assist with both internal and external queries, passing messages to appropriate person for timely response where required
- General administrative duties such as filing paperwork and raising purchase orders
- Supporting on any recruitment days run by the business
- Booking meeting rooms and organising any facilities that will be required for meetings
- Booking travel and accommodation for staff members as and when required.
ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role is required
- Excellent manner when speaking with external and internal customers both on the phone and in person
- Calm, friendly and at the same time, a confident persona
- Ability to be, tactful, resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent attention to detail, in all aspects of work carried out
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team, with a flexible and helpful attitude
- Multitasking and timemanagement skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a face paced environment
- Good IT Skills and Knowledge of Microsoft packages
Born out of a scanning company, we still have four main scanning centres across the UK where we are working on large digitisation projects for the NHS, the Ministry of Defence and the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority.
