About the role

We're excited to be looking for a Quality Assurance Officer (Assessment Delivery) to join our Assessment Delivery Team.**You will be working as part of our Assessment Delivery team, who ensures external assessments are delivered in line with our policies and reliable results are issued to our learners upholding high standards of compliance with regulatory requirements.


As QA Officer, you will support centres to deliver external assessment activity effectively and resolve any centre queries and issues in relation to assessment delivery.

These actions ensure that learners taking external assessments are not disadvantaged or inappropriately advantaged by any assessment processes and that the integrity of external assessments is maintained_.

You could be a great for this role if you have knowledge/experience of working in a regulated environment, driven around processes and procedures.

You will also be confident in communicating with stakeholders and customers, with supporting organisation, report writing and resource management skills.

This role requires hybrid working therefore you will need to be within travel distance of Head Office to ensure you can work from the office 2 times a week
.
