We are currently recruiting for a Night Head Lobby Host to join our front of house team at The Londoner, our 5 Star Luxury Hotel.

Overview:

An amazing opportunity to join our 5 Star Luxury Hotel, The Londoner as a Night Head Receptionist, this hours for this role are 4 days on 3 days off on a rota basis.
As a Night Head Lobby Host you will be responsible for leading the night reception lobby host team, ensuring a smooth running of the night reception operation alongside the Night Manager.
Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is delivered all times in line with our core values and standards, exceeding guest expectations.

About You:

Previous hotel reception supervisory experience is required ideally within a 4 or 5star hotel operation.
Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
Impeccable command of the English language both written and spoken.
