As a Client Success Manager you will strengthen the reputation of such brands and work on revolutionary survey research.

KEY DUTIES

As Client Success Manager you will fulfil ad hoc requests when required and deliver on client objectives
Select the most appropriate methodology in order to meet client demand
Design and deliver robust questionnaires and go on to tell insightful stories from data
Liaise closely with the Production team and ensure the scope of each project is communicated while also outlining expectations
Similarly, you will take on a mentor role by coaching junior executives and interns

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

You will possess strong quantitative abilities and enjoy the storytelling aspect of research
Have an excellent ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and lead aspects of some of them
You will be a strong communicator with an inquisitive attention to detail
A role suited to an analytical quantitative researcher who enjoys the storytelling aspect of the research cycle and would like to get involved with more sophisticated analytics and tools.
