The Role - Sales Development Representative

Your key responsibilities:

  • Prospect new accounts using the best tools and resources on the market
  • Outreach to preexisting customers and reestablish relationships
  • Carry out initial outreach, often through multiple touchpoints and methods
  • Qualification of the lead establishing pain points and aligning their needs with company solutions
  • Communicate excellent product knowledge, advising prospective clients on how the company's solutions can help them
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets
  • Report to and work effectively with senior members of the team

Requirements of the role:


  • A minimum of 6 months direct sales or 360 recruitment experience is
    essential:
  • Genuine passion for the SaaS industry, and the product
  • Excellent organization and timemanagement ability, and thrive in an autonomous environment
  • Ambition to progress professionally and personally in your sales career
  • Selfmotivated & hardworking, eager to go the extra mile to achieve and exceed targets
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be comfortable and confident communicating with senior stakeholders within businesses
  • Comfortably make consistent coldcalls with high energy and enthusiasm every time.
