    Description

    As a Sous Chef at Sodexo in Larkhill Your culinary expertise and organizational excellence will lead an entire food and beverage production.

    You'll be providing this service for our armed forces personnel, improving their quality of life every day Join Sodexo and be part of something greater.

    Lead the kitchen in the absence of your senior colleagues & provide support for the production team
    Direct the preparation/duties to the commis chefs, chef de parties and other kitchen staff.
    Work on the range with the kitchen team to train, guide & develop
    Prepare, produce and present food to the highest standard
    NVQ lv 2/3 or experience working in a busy kitchen environment
    Basic IT skills, with Microsoft packages experience
    Experience in menu planning and production
