    Office Manager

    The ultimate organiser, this role is key to providing support to the company by ensuring that we provide our people with an effective and pleasant working environment. This role is also responsible for ensuring the Front of House's duties are carried out and reception is covered during office hours. They offer top level client hospitality, and they have strong working relationships both internally and externally (builders etc).

    This role includes (but is not limited to):

    Facilities : Ensuring our environment is a functional, clean, tidy and inspiring space to visit and work in. Managing communal areas, ensuring employees have a space to work in that's fit for purpose. Developing any space management plans. Working with the IT team to make sure all meeting rooms are fit for purpose. Proactively plan future works and maintenance needed and liaise with our Finance Director on these. Ensure we are as environmentally friendly as possible. Have up to date Fire Marshall training and organise the training of others. Liaise with the management company of / our neighbours in The Village on behalf of Bloom. Liaise with landlords as required.

    Hospitality : Catering for client visits / meetings and also some internal meetings. Ensure all visitors sign any agreements needed.

    Security : Be the main keyholder and key point of contact for keyholding company. Managing key holders and making sure our buildings are secure and protected. Manage Bloom's off site storage facilities.

    Health and Safety : Ensuring we are health and safety compliant (being on top of any law changes), including Risk Assessments, gas certificates, PAT testing, boiler checks, fire regulations etc. Have an active First Aid qualification and organise the training of others.

    Supplies : Working with Front of House to ensure all supplies needed to run a busy agency are sorted (e.g. kitchen, stationery etc). Work within budgets and understand the need for cost effectiveness.

    Talent : Welcome new starters, work with the IT team to make sure computers are setup ready for their first day and organise inductions and tours. Be involved in helping organise Bloom social and culture events. Organise staff and client gifts as and when required. Support the setting up of freelance resource equipment.

    Line Management : Responsible for ensuring our Front of House is carrying out her duties and making sure there is cover each lunch break.

    This is a fantastic opportunity for someone highly organised, energetic and agile with strong communication skills. Previous solid office management experience within a creative agency environment is essential. Technological proficiency is advantageous.

    This is a full-time, office-based role.

    This role is managed by Tim Reynolds Chief Technology Officer. Package will depend on candidate's experience.
