    Are you an experienced Health and Safety professional? Our client is one of the largest plant hire company's in the UK.They are looking for a Health & Safety Lead to promote Health & Safety throughout their depots and site in Birmingham and Wales.

    Manages regional safety through inspections, risk assessments, and training.
    Develops and implements safety programs with a focus on continuous improvement.
    Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders on safety best practices.
    Ensures compliance with evolving safety regulations.
    Addresses safety concerns and fosters a culture of safety awareness.


    Requirements:
    Experience: 5+ years in construction/plant hire.
    Health & safety knowledge (regulations, best practices).Accident investigation & corrective action.
    Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (training, influencing).Strong organization, prioritisation & problem-solving.
    Team player with independent work ability.
    Microsoft Office proficiency.
    Valid driver's license.
    Professional Certification in Health & Safety.
    Experience in conducting accident investigations a plus.
