    Description

    Job Title:
    Mobile Maintenance Electrician


    Location:
    Aberdeenshire

    Salary: 19.41 per hour, £40,372.80 Approved Electrician £17.90 per hour, £37,232 Non Approved Electrician
    Hours: 40 hours per week, 8am - 4.30pm, Monday to Friday
    Other details On call: 1 in 8 - £100 standby

    Overtime:
    Time and a half pay, Double pay on Sunday
    Holidays: 33 days annual leave including bank holidays

    Requirements / Qualifications:
    Proven experience as a Maintenance Electrician, preferably in commercial or industrial settings.
    A recognized electrical qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds 2365) is essential.
    Must hold your 18th edition city and guilds.
    Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues.
    Full UK driving licence

    Day to Day Duties:
    Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on electrical systems and equipment in commercial buildings.
    Conduct inspections and fault finding to diagnose and resolve electrical issues promptly and efficiently.
    Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, control systems, and emergency systems.
    Perform electrical installations and modifications in accordance with industry regulations and safety standards.
    Collaborate with other maintenance team members to coordinate tasks and ensure optimal operational efficiency.
    Respond to emergency call-outs and provide timely resolutions to electrical faults and breakdowns.
    Maintain accurate records of work performed, including maintenance logs and reports.
