Manage interruption to supply and work closely with the procurement team to maximise internal and external supplier performance, deliver optimum supply processes for the business and drive continuous improvementResponsible for setting and maintaining inventory targets that consider forecast variability, seasonality, MOQs, lead times etc.
Ensure sufficient raw stock material levels for contract manufacturers/packers to meet production requirements whilst minimising residual and out of date stock
Support in maintaining data integrity and system development (ERP.Key player in driving cross functional projects and CI through proactive involvement, strong communication flow and efficient delivery
Lead and develop a high-performance culture and team (x1 direct report with potential to grow)
A successful Supply Planning Manager will have:
Proven experience in supply chain management in the FMCG manufacturing industry
Good communication and presentation skills across all levels of the business, both verbal and written
Strong understanding of ERP/MRP processes, BI, dashboard creation and advanced Excel
Ability to make decisions in the area of production, supply and capacity planning
Data analysis - proven track record in being able to analyse data, draw meaningful conclusions and implement change
