Madisons are recruiting for a Contracts Manager to get started on a permenant basis for a client of ours based in Ashford, Kent.

Candidates must have a Carpnetry background/ experience for this position

Duties will include:

• Lead and manage all aspects of the projects, including project performance
• Working with a Carpnetry Biased Company - so ideally looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee their live sites in the Kent region
• Overseeing multiple sites in the Kent County
• Oversee site managers and sub-contractors ensuring the project is completed on time whilst meeting standards, communication with and relaying all details.
• Liasing with Site Managers and Sub-contractors, reporting on performance etc.
• Liaising with project buyers
• Obtaining strong client relationships
• Ensuring Health and Safety regulations are adopted in compliance with legislation
• Following on, assisting with risk assessments and method statements and reviews

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will hold a Full UK Drivers Licnese
• A good technical knowledge and understanding of construction procedures
• Ability to report effectively to internal stakeholders
• CSCS card is essential
• SMSTS/ SSSTS certification
• Ability to travel to various locations as required

Benefits:

• £50,000 - £58,000 per annum - dependant on experience
• Company Vehicle / Car Allowance provided
• Immediate start
• Permanent position
• 8am- 5pm, Monday to Friday
• Overtime available
