Based in Dudley

Paying Up to £50-55k


The LHH (formerly Badenoch + Clark) HR team are working with a renowned private sector business that are looking for an HR Business Partner to join their team based in Dudley.

What you will be doing?

  • Work in line with business strategic objectives, to proactively support the development of the business and its people within area of responsibility
  • To act as business partner to site managers, shaping and influencing their thinking on people issues, managing and proactively resolving all aspects of the employee life cycle.
  • This includes resourcing, attendance, performance management, disciplinary and grievance issues, talent management and succession planning.
  • To ensure best practice is followed by providing effective professional HR (Human Resources) advice and guidance in line with current legislation and company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor, manage and improve, in conjunction with managers, the HR KPI's and metrics for their area of responsibility.
What we are looking for?

  • Proven experience in managing and driving HR initiatives in a fastpaced, complex environment.
  • Broad experience in all areas of HR Business Partnering, including reward, employee relations, talent management, succession planning, restructuring, and leadership development.
  • Demonstrable experience in providing commercial and practical human capital solutions.
  • Ability to deliver accurate and timely management information (MI) to support strategic HR decisionmaking.
  • Experience in project managing largescale mobilisations and thorough knowledge of TUPE regulations.
  • Proficiency in facilitating performance management reporting for improved organisational effectiveness.
  • Proven ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent multitasking skills, ability to work well under pressure, and the initiative to drive HR initiatives.
  • Strong presentation skills for both internal and clientfacing engagements.
  • Willingness to travel as required for HRrelated activities.
  • Clean driving licence.
