    GPU Memory System Design ArchitectWe are currently recruiting a GPU Memory System Design Architect for a world-leading semiconductor company in the UK working at the cutting edge of next-generation GPU technologies.

    The team is looking to expand its GPU Hardware team with a GPU Memory System Design Architect.
    This is a permanent opportunity based in Cambridge offering hybrid work (2 days in office/3 days remote).

    Key Responsibilities for this GPU Memory System Design Architect position:

    Take overall responsibility for architecting the memory system found in our client's GPUsExplore the design space and document ideas/provide estimates of throughput, performance, energy consumption area, and bandwidth for proposed changes.

    Work closely with memory system design and verification engineers to deliver new memory systems.

    Work collaboratively with the wider GPU team including, but not limited to, project leads, the implementation team, modeling team, and software/firmware teams.


    Key Requirements:
    Proven track record designing memory systems/memory system components for use in multicore GPU or CPU systems.

    Extensive technical expereince in Verilog, SystemVerilog, or VHDL.Extensive knowledge, and ability to discuss at length, of scalable memory systems, cache coherency, and address translation.
