Multi Trades Recruitment are looking an Admin Assistant to join our HR Information and Systems team and support the transition to a new HR/Payroll system.

This is a temporary position for approximately 2 months, with the possibility of extension depending on project requirements.

  • Full time role.
  • 37.5 Hours.
  • 8.30am pm.

Responsibilities:


  • Perform basic data entry tasks to support the HR Information and Systems team.
  • Scan and electronically file documents.
  • Carry out general administrative duties as required.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work in the office on some days as required, but can be flexible with days.
