LAW Absolute is recruiting on behalf of a healthcare regulator operating in the UK for a scrutiny officer. This role will be a fixed-term contact for 6 months initially, working on a hybrid basis with office in Central London.

You will be responsible for reviewing performance within healthcare regulation. You will be expected to gather evidence, lead audits, complete analysis, identify areas for improvement, and present your suggested outcome to a panel of decision-makers at the end of each review.

To apply you will:

• Be qualified to degree level, preferably in law
• Have previous experience working in healthcare regulation, with the ability to gather and analyse quantitative and qualitative data – report writing skills are essential; auditing experience is desirable
• Be available on a maximum of 1 month notice period
• Be able to work on a hybrid basis of 3 days per week in the office in Central London and 2 days per week from home

The salary is £46,133 per annum and will be calculated and paid pro-rata accordingly for the 6-month contract.
