Key responsibilities
PreparethepreventivemaintenanceschedulemonthlyinlinewithcompanyKPI's.
Maximisetechniciantimebyensuringe?ectscheduling.
IdentifyifSSP'sarerequired,andworkwiththepartnerspecialisttoensurethescheduling.
Reviewande?ectivelyreschedulejobsthathavenotcompleted.
Communicateandbuildrelationshipswithourcustomers,
Deliveranunrivalledcustomerexperiencebyansweringcustomercalls,inlinewiththecompanytargetof80%+within15 seconds.
Respondtocustomeremailswithin48hourstoensureefficientcommunication.
Administratingjobreportsfromthefieldengineers.
Raisingcustomerinvoiceswithin7daysofengineerattendance.
Respondingtoreactiveworksinaproactiveway,Raisingfurtherworks,andquotingrequestswithin24hours,fromengineerjobreports.
WorkinlinewithrelevantKPI'stoensurewearemeetingcustomersSLA'sandouraccreditation.
Manageandprioritiseyourworkloadinafast-pacedenvironment.
Workingcloselywithallmembersoftheoperationsteam
Workingcloselywithaccountmanagerstoprovideahighlevelofcustomerservice
Beinvolvedinsupportingnewcustomersupportsoftware's.
Toprovidecovertocolleaguesintheoperationsdepartmentwhentheneedarises
