Established for over 50 years, Lincat provides a fantastic platform for new starters to learn and develop their skills in areas of production.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

As a Press Brake Operator you will be developing new and existing skills through the manufacture of a variety of products to the correct quality standards, usually working as part of a small team to achieve a scheduled weekly programme of work.

You will be required to:

Read and accurately follow engineering drawings / instructions.
Correctly use a variety of tools, machinery, and equipment.
Aspire to achieve a fully skilled level of performance and demonstrate commitment, motivation and a willingness to learn.
Develop and maintain good working relationships with own team members, other internal departments and teams.
Support the Team Coordinator to ensure that the team meet the required targets and quality standards.

Essential Skills:
