The Company
Brewster Partners are working exclusively with a globally recognised manufacturing company who are located Sheffield. This historic company has progressively grown throughout the years through natural growth and acquisitions with an exciting future ahead.


They are looking at bringing in an experienced qualified accountant who has manufacturing experience to be able to focus on the production line process.

This role is a development role where you will be working closely with an influential CFO to learn tobe able to get to the next level.


The Role:


  • Working with all the different departments to control the overhead base
  • Supporting the planning process and driving operational performance of the production line
  • Developing and monitoring important KPI's for the company
  • Providing quarterly and annual overhead and headcount budget and forecasts
  • Responsibility for reporting requirements including monthly operations reporting pack, cost centre overheads and headcount.
  • Reporting actuals, forecast, budgets and analysis to various teams and cost centre owners
  • Involvement in financial analysis for project development and capex approvals

The person:


  • You will be a qualified accountant, with 5 years experience within manufacturing
  • A first class communicator
  • Energetic, can do attitude
  • Experience of using Netsuite
  • Ambitious to develop to be number within a finance team
