An excellent opportunity has arisen at a highly regarded West End law firm for a Head of Compliance.
The Firm
The firm has a particular expertise in media, entertainment and sport and boast clients who are internationally recognised and leading brands. Their practice areas include TMT, disputes, real estate, construction, corporate, and employment.
The Role
As Head of Compliance you can look forward to ensuring the firm upholds the highest standards of legal and ethical integrity. You will be advising on a range of regulatory, compliance and ethics matters including SRA Code of Conduct queries, conflicts of interests, AML obligations, third party payment risk, client terms, third party supplier contracts and data protection.
You can also look forward to horizon scanning and keeping up to date with new regulations and updating and drafting policies and procedures, and providing training to the firm.
