    Looking for an exciting new career? This National Account Manager role is a full-time, has the flexibility of hybrid working and a permanent role with an immediate start.

    Company profile:

    You will be joining a proven tech company specialising in internal communications who celebrated 25 years in 2023 and based in the beautiful cathedral city of Exeter, Devon. (Park Five Business Centre, Sowton, to be exact)

    Our internal communications email software is used in organisations from 2 to 45,000 employees and provides email creative, employee engagement and detailed email analytics.

    We are looking for someone who can help us ensure our accounts get a high standard of service throughout their time with us. Working within a dedicated, skilled team of people who care about making sure our users get the right support, you will play a key part in giving everyone a great experience.

    You will report directly to the Operations Director on a day-to-day basis and be responsible for dealing with day-to-day support from our clients, helping them get the most out of the platform, identify opportunities and troubleshooting any problems that are encountered. We are looking for someone who is passionate about their own success, our clients' success and our success as a business.

    You will be focused on:

    • Answering all calls to the business.
    • Responding to email and live chat queries.
    • Completing new customer training.
    • Communicating details of software upgrades and new services.
    • Maintaining our excellent track record in customer satisfaction surveys.
    • Helping our clients to improve their employee communication.
    • Guiding them with best practice.
    • Performing regular customer account reviews.
    • Updating and recording incidents in our CRM system.
    • Identifying further sales opportunities.
    • Ensuring customers renew their software licences.
    • Reporting issues to the Operations Director.

    Skills for this role:

    • Previous account manager experience.
    • Empathetic with excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
    • You will be a strong team player.
    • Ability to work under pressure situations.
    • Organised and detail-oriented, with outstanding critical-thinking and problem-solving skills. A background in marketing and/or internal communications advantageous.
    • Experience with SaaS preferred but not essential.
    • Comfortable working alone.
    • A strong communicator, you will possess an approachable personality and a positive attitude.
    • IT literate with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
    • Strong commercial and business awareness.
    • Excellent time management.
