HR Manager - Competitive Salary DOE

My client is a trailblazer in the financial services industry and growing organically in all areas. They're looking for a HR Manager encompassing all pillars of the business, to enable their continued exciting growth.

Leading the HR division, you will beresponsible for driving the overall people strategy, HR processes, policies and managing the HR team, whilst collaborating closely with Department Heads.


Responsibilities as an HR Manager:

  • Create and embed HR processes, policies, systems
  • Report to executive team in monthly board reviews
  • Lead on Employment Law, workforce development, legal compliance HR Policy and best practices
  • Collaborate with Director of Performance, on performance monitoring across the organisation to drive growth and increased performance
  • Execute requirements from Csuite
  • Manage, develop and grow HR division

Experience:


  • 5+ years' experience as HR Manager
  • Strong compliance, regulation and law background within HR
  • CIPD Level 5
