Hybrid Working model: 5 days a month in the London office

Permanent role ASAP start
Key Responsibilities:
- Examination production and delivery
- Administer and maintain the station item banks for all OSCE examinations, including the addition of new content and supporting the review of existing stations to ensure currency.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of examination materials is maintained at all times.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the Examinations Department to maintain appropriate cover during peaks of work and absences of leave.
- Assist with the administration of standard setting and quality assurance processes to prepare examination results for approval in agreement with the Psychometric Team.
- Provide reports as required by the Dean, Chief-Examiner, Lead Examiners
- Act as OSCE exam software super user by assisting and training colleagues in the use of the system.
- Maintain and continuously improve detailed documentation of the administrative processes relevant to the post.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to coordinate procedures and sharing of best practice.
- Undertake such other tasks as may be reasonably expected within the scope and grade of the post at the request of College Management to ensure College objectives are met
