    Job Description We are proud to be partnering with Lava Group , based in Belfast, who are looking to recruit an experienced Technical Support Engineer.

    We aim to achieve this by spearheading a global shift in the quality of life, health, and wellbeing, leveraging specialist systems and innovative technology in the criminal justice, health, and IoT markets.


    The Role:

    As a pivotal member of our Operations Team, you will play a crucial role in installing, configuring, testing, maintaining, and supporting Lava Group systems at customer sites.

    Your dedication to customer service will shine through as you provide top-notch on-site and remote technical support, ensuring that customer issues are resolved promptly and satisfactorily.

    Your proactive mindset will drive you to implement contingency procedures, constantly striving to improve service quality.

    You should possess a blend of engineering and IT skills, ideally holding a BTEC/HNC in Electronic and Electrical Engineering with a keen interest in IT.

    With at least 1+ years of experience in a technical support/installation role, preferably within electronics or Fire & Security service industries, you should be adept at using PC-based support tools.

    Your logical, methodical thinking coupled with creative problem-solving abilities will set you apart, along with your proven ability to thrive in the face of challenges.
