Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and dynamic Design & Technology lessons to KS3 and KS4 students.
• Prepare lesson plans, mark work, and provide feedback to promote student progress.
• Implement and maintain classroom discipline and educational strategies.
• Collaborate with the Design & Technology department to enhance the curriculum and student experience.
• Participate in departmental meetings, parent evenings, and whole school training events.
