    Key Accountabilities
    People * To ensure all colleagues are punctual and arrive fit for duty and in correct uniform, by checking colleagues' appearance and recording their arrival time at work.* To carry out daily briefing with all colleagues to alert and inform them of any special requirement or event which may affect their work.* To take corrective action to address poor standards which are identified.* To act as relief and cover for colleagues during periods of absence* To carry out the duties of the post with due regard to the Company's equal opportunities policy* To be flexible - carry out any other duties as and when required by the management.
    Customers/Clients * To assist in providing an effective customer care policy* To ensure the highest standards of customer service are always maintained.* To supervise the public interface service and income receipting function to the highest standards of customer service and accountability, in accordance with the company's operating and security procedures* To supervise the vehicle storage function to the highest standards of customer service and accountability, in accordance with the company's operating and security procedures

    Processes * To ensure the security of the pound by checking all fencing and entry and exit barriers are functional and undertaking time checked patrols.* To ensure all vehicles are correctly accepted into the pound and that all necessary documentation is completed.* To ensure Taranto is updated with details of all vehicles brought into the Pound and vehicles which are released.* To roster all colleagues to ensure resource deployment requirements are met while ensuring that driver and EO patrols are rotated regularly.* To ensure that all daily operational checks are carried out at the start of the enforcement operation.* To ensure that all relevant documentation is completed, checked, and securely filed as necessary.* To always adhere to Health and Safety requirements and best practice.* To monitor the level of colleague absence and sickness, providing recommendations and corrective action where appropriate* To assist in reviewing and developing quality assurance systems and procedures in the service area* To supervise and control the company's assets and ensure that an effective and efficient Fleet management system is operated so that the serviceability of all contract vehicles and associated equipment is maintained.* To ensure compliance with all current legislation and licensing, including Health & Safety at Work and DETR requirements.* To undertake the duties of the post in accordance with the Quality Assurance systems and procedures within the service
    Financial * To ensure all cash handling and reconciliation procedures are maintained.* Petty cash control* P&L cost control to budget
    Expected Deliverables
    • Delivery of all contractual requirements to the satisfaction of NSL and the Client
