Opportunity:
We have a fantastic opportunity within our Rail business unit for an ambitious and talented General Foreman.
The General Foreman will manage labour, plant, materials and subcontractors to ensure that construction activities are carried out in a safe manner and in accordance with programme, budget and quality requirements.
The role:
- Experience in running projects with a package value of £68 Million
- Co
- Weekly & Collaborative planning with the site team
- Engaging with and maintaining Morgan Sindall Standards and also developing site supervision team
- Rail Experience (Predominantly Civils however some Rail knowledge is essential)
- Heavy Civils (Not Line side Civils)
- IT Literate and able liaise with cost control team on a weekly basis
The person:
- NVQ Level 3 (desirable)
- CSCS Site Supervisor (desirable)
- Previous experience in groundworks and deep drainage.
- Previous experience at a supervisory level in groundworks and deep drainage
