Due to continued success and expansion of our client's Residential Lettings business , we have a super opportunity for a Lettings Negotiator.

This is a chanceto joina local, well-respected Estate & Lettings Agency with offices in South West London and Surrey with a vacancy at their thriving local Surbiton branch.

The role will involve working closely with the Lettings Manager, seeking exciting new business opportunities, showing properties and agreeing contract terms, whilst ensuring that the highest professional standards are met at all times.

The ideal candidate will have previous Residential Lettings experience, coupled with excellent communication skills, a friendly nature, drive, determination and local knowledge would be a distinct advantage.

Skills:
The skills required for this Lettings Negotiator (Residential Lettings) role will include:

Previous Residential Lettings experience is essential
Have a full UK driving license
A desire to be successful within a residential lettings agency
Have a great telephone manner
Local knowledge of the Raynes Park area
