    Role Overview:

    We're seeking a proactive Training Manager to oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of internal and external training activities across all department.

    You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance, meeting training requirements, and managing
    our Clients' Apprenticeship programme.
    Develop and implement comprehensive companywide training records and quality process documents.
    Collaborate with department heads to create detailed training records for employees and key activities.
    Manage the training budget and prioritise spending across departments.
    Identify training needs, develop training plans, and evaluate team members against skills matrices.
    Coordinate internal and external training programs to address competency gaps.
    Facilitate learning through various methods and present training programs effectively.
    Liaise with stakeholders and manage relationships with training providers.
    Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
    Manage logistics for training activities and maintain in-house training facilities.
    Develop and coordinate the L&D Forum, ensure employees are engaged and involved with L&D initiatives
    Knowledge of instructional and learning theory, training methodologies, and competency assessment.
    Understanding of the Apprenticeship framework.
    Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    Organised with good planning skills and the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
