Milk Education is looking for individuals who can inspire children with moderate to severe learning difficulties and those on the Autistic Spectrum, to develop their skills and interests in a purpose built and supportive SEN Primary school.


We are partnered with a SEN Primary school who are looking for an enthusiastic, driven, and compassionate Creative Learning Support Assistant to work in their school.

This school provides high quality provision for young people aged 4-12 with special educationalneed arising from a range of conditions.

There is a real focus on nurture to prepare their students for adult life.


The successful Creative Learning Support Assistant will be working with a high-quality team who are dedicated to creative, social, and physical development for their pupils as well as their academic process.

This school is very proud and believe in providingthe highest quality of education to all of their students regardless of needs or ability.

The successful Creative Learning Support Assistant will be able to use their creative skills applied to different student to help bring out their unique skills and personalitiesin a safe and nurturing setting.

The school are looking for people to start ASAP on a full-time or flexible supply basis. You can choose how many days you would like to work and we'll do the rest


What you need to apply:

  • Experience working with children within the past 2 years essential
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or the willingness to complete this)
  • Enthusiastic attitude for inspiring children
  • Reliable and committed individuals that can nurture children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities
  • Minimum of 23 days per week availability (Mon-Fri)
  • Available immediately

  • Able to manage behaviour in a firm but fair manner
