    Application Support Engineer
    • London £70k + bonusOur client, a leading financial institution in London are looking for a Data Platform Support Engineer to join their Application Support Team on a permanent basis.
    This role will focus on supporting a SaaS based Investment Data Management Platform.

    Key ResponsibilitiesAnalysing data for any discrepancies at sourceManaging vendor and stakeholder relationships Management and responsibility of resolution of incidentsReviewing the content of the updates from the vendorCoordinating and evaluating processes to identify, track, escalate, resolve and report customer problems.

    Skills/Experience RequiredExperience of Insurance, Fixed Income, and OTC instrument systems from a support perspectiveSQL3-5 years Data Platform support experiencePower BI reporting and visualisation experience Knowledge of Azure services and AWS platforms.
