Do you have demonstrable in-house recruitment experience and take pride in providing top class partnering with business managers?We are looking for a Recruiter, to be based in Glasgow or London, to join our diverse team of Recruitment Business Partners on a 12 months Fixed Term contract with potential for future permanent employment
You will be expected to operate in a fast-paced matrixed multinational environment, providing a comprehensive, high quality and efficient service to internal stakeholders.
Reporting into the EMEA Head of Talent Acquisition, we are require an individual who can own a variety of businesses areas across the UK and potentially the wider EMEA region.
We give you the freedom to manage our recruitment process, vacancy strategy, build talent pools and hunt for talent in your designated business areas of responsibility.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Devise custom recruitment strategies for each newly approved role, including the implementation of proactive marketing, sourcing, and advertising plans
Work closely with the recruiting line managers and HR business partners throughout process.
Enable a proactive approach to recruitment, looking beyond immediate needs for future talent attraction requirements
Manage key stakeholders efficiently throughout the recruitment process and beyond
Build strategic and meaningful relationships across the business, demonstrating the true value of a Resourcing Business Partner
Ensure HR processes, policies and procedures are adhered to, understood and applied correctly
Qualifications:
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Previous relevant experience in a recruitment function
Proactive sourcing expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter
Ideally experienced with Taleo or other similar Applicant Tracking Systems
The skills to build relationships with ease
Ability to work independently and fit into an interdisciplinary team of 10 recruiters based in London, Paris, Madrid and Greece
Able to use office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Word
An additional European language is desirable but not essential
Fluent English - written and verbal
