Description

Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for an experienced Valuer / Sales Negotiator to join an independant estate agency in the St Albans area.

Previous Sales Negotiating and Valuer/Lister experience is essential.

A full UK driving licence is also required.


Responsibilities:


You be involved in the full 360 sales negotiator role including undertaking property valuations at the higher end of the luxury property market.

Hours: 9 am to 6 pm - 5 days per week - Monday to Saturday (Day off in week if work the Saturday)

Basic salary negotiable + commission with OTE to £45,000 pa+
